Located in a modern condominium with 24-hour in person concierge, our 29m² studio is a great option for those looking for practicality, comfort and a good location.

We are located in a privileged region on Avenida Santo Amaro and very close to Ibirapuera Park. We are also surrounded by amenities such as: restaurants, bars, business shops, supermarkets and banks.


- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- There is a laundry (payable separately) 8 minutes from the Studio.

- There are no protective screens on the windows.


The studio environment is open concept and sleeps up to 3 people in a double bed and sofa bed.

In the kitchen we have the necessary utensils for a practical stay, in addition to a bathroom, closet, sofa, desk for home office, Smart TV and Nespresso. We also have hot and cold air conditioning and high-speed WI-FI.

A balcony with a glass door separates the spaces. There is a small table with 2 chairs on site.

For a more cozy atmosphere, we have blackout curtains in the bedroom.

We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park the car in a private parking lot close by.


- The guest will only have access to the bike rack, coworking, living area in front of the concierge and 24-hour convenience store. Areas such as gym and laundry, can only be accessed by residents.

- No noise and loudspeaker after 10pm is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary according to condominium rules (if any).

Espaço organizado e limpo, bem equipado e bem localizado. Senti falta de estacionamento próprio, mas conseguimos estacionar na rua mesmo, próximo à acomodação. Pra quem tem problemas com barulho, pode se incomodar um pouco por ser perto de uma avenida. Mas é só deixar as janelas bem fechadas que fica tranquilo.

O espaço é muito amplo, arejado e confortável. Acomodou muito bem eu e minha amiga durante nossa estadia! Única questão foi com nossas entradas na portaria do prédio que não estavam validadas pelo QRCODE e tinha que sempre pedir para abrirem a porta. Fora isso o atendimento do Meu anfitrião foi super ágil, me ajudaram em tudo o que precisei com toda cordialidade em todos os momentos.
