We can accommodate up to 2 people in a queen-size bed in our 23m² studio. The condominium has a complete leisure area and 24-hour concierge.

We are located next to the Brooklin subway (Line 5 - Lilac) and Santo Amaro Avenue, where you can find several options for shops, restaurants, markets, among others.


- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room by OMO (charges apply, instructions provided directly on site).


Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a mini fridge, cooktop stove, microwave, sandwich maker, Nespresso coffee maker, among others. A balcony with a glass door, blackout curtains, and views of the region divides the spaces.

We also have air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a bathroom with a gas shower.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a parking lot near the building (charges apply).


The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: gym and swimming pool. They will not have access to the party room.


The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.

- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- The standard voltage of the apartment is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.

- We provide a Nespresso coffee maker in the studio. Guests must bring their own capsules if they wish to use them.

- Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the gym and swimming pool. They will not have access to the party room.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (OMO) (charges apply, instructions provided directly on site).

O espaço é moderno de alta qualidade , com muitas facilidades , desde lavanderia até mercado. A segurança do prédio é excelente . Anfitrião foi muito gentil e atencioso .
