- Although the apartment is on the ground floor, the entrance to the condominium hall has a few flights of stairs, so it is not accessible.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete trousseau will be offered per stay. If you want to change the trousseau and towels during your stay, it must be hired separately).

- If you want extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (amounts separate).

Upon entering the apartment, guests will have access to a living room with blackout curtains, a Smart TV, a sofa, a dining table and air conditioning. Right next to this space, there is a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for a practical stay and a service area with a toilet.

Following the hallway, there are the bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds, a shared bathroom and a living room with a desk for a home office. Each bedroom has an electric oil heater for greater comfort on cold days.

All bedrooms have a fan and blackout curtains. We also have high-speed WI-FI.

In the service area, we have a washer and dryer for guest use.

We do not have a garage, but you can park your car in the BC Park parking lot, 1 minute from the apartment.

Guests have free access to the entire property.

The Agency My Host manages this property and will pass all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, rules of the property and leisure tips near the locality.

Considered one of the most historic and traditional neighborhoods of the city of São Paulo, Consolação can be considered a complete region of the city and easy access to transportation. It has several restaurants, bars, shopping malls and cultural leisure.

Next to paulista metro station, you can easily go to the main points of the city using public transport. You can also get around using apps like Uber.
