The studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. We are located in a gated community with 24-hour concierge and a leisure area.

We are 2 km from the Palmeiras-Barra Funda subway station (Lines 3 – Red, 7 – Ruby and 8 – Diamond). We are also close to Parque da Água Branca and Allianz Parque, a venue for several concerts, football matches and events.


- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails to ensure greater safety.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply).


Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for their stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, sandwich maker, microwave, blender, water filter, among others. A balcony with a glass door and a view of the city divides the spaces.

We also have high-speed WI-FI, Smart TV, hot and cold air conditioning, and a bathroom with a gas shower and hairdryer.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a parking lot near the building (charges apply).


Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: gym, coworking space and swimming pool. They will not have access to the party room.


The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.

- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- The apartment's standard voltage is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.
