Our house is the ideal place for those who want to enjoy, with all security, a unique place in Ubatuba. This is because we are located in the Pedra Verde Condominium, just 150 meters from Lázaro Beach.

With capacity to comfortably accommodate groups of up to 14 people, our nolet on the coast has four suites, all equipped with air conditioning. The house is cozy and well organized. Perfect for bringing the whole family together on an amazing journey.

Right at the entrance we have a balcony with table and chairs, perfect for reading a book and relaxing. The living room is very large and has a TV and sofa, besides having access to the front balcony. We also have a living room with sofas, coffee table and an eight-seater dining table. The kitchen is complete with everything our guests may need.

In the outside area we have a space with refrigerator and dining table and, at the bottom of the house, a gourmet space with barbecue, gas stove, another refrigerator, a shower and a toilet. Already know where to enjoy after a day at the beach right? To make the experience even more exceptional, we offer beach chairs, wi-fi in the whole house and private garage for up to four vehicles.

Lázaro Beach is ideal, because it meets the expectations of both those looking for peace and those who do not give up the excitement. On the left side, the infrastructure is impeccable with kiosks and lots of music. On the right side, the calm and shadows of the trees please those who want tranquility.
