Located a few meters from Praia Indaiá, our house accommodates up to 14 people in 4 bedrooms, two of which are suites. All rooms have air conditioning. We have a swimming pool, gourmet space with barbecue and pizza oven.

Because we are close to the beach, there are several restaurants, ice cream parlors, bars or bike paths.


- We provide 4 beach chairs and 1 small umbrella.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and pillows, but we do not provide blankets and pool and beach towels.

- Small pets allowed, upon request.


Upon entering the house, the guest will have access to a living room with television and sofas next to a dining room that has a table with eight seats. The kitchen is complete with the necessary utensils for your stay and has a ceiling fan for the hottest days.

The rooms are made up of 2 suites and 23 quadruple rooms. All rooms are air-conditioned and two of them share a balcony with a sofa for resting.

At the back of the house, there is an external area, with a swimming pool and a gourmet area complete with: barbecue, pizza oven, wood oven, wood stove and table for games.

We provide WI-FI for those who need to do home office from the beach and we have 5 parking spaces.



The house has stairs, so it is not recommended for those with mobility difficulties.


The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.


Indaiá beach is known for its calm waters, ideal for the family. In addition, it has a complete infrastructure with kiosks, stalls, restaurants and even boat trips.


It is possible to walk to the beach and enjoy all its infrastructure.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).

- Forbidden noise and sound box after 22h. Failure to comply will incur a fine. The value may vary from one day.

- Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- We allow small pets, on request.

- Smoking only in the outside areas.

- We provide 4 beach chairs and 1 small sand umbrella.

- No child protection screens.

- A security deposit of R$ 1,500.00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.

A casa é sensacional, tudo limpinho e muito arrumado. O espaço para churrasco, forno a lenha e piscina deixam o local ainda mais especial. Bem pertinho da praia. As fotos demonstradas são exatamente iguais a realidade. Com certeza vamos querer voltar em uma outra oportunidade. Foi um final de semana delicioso em família.

Nossa estadia na casa foi tudo perfeito, casa muito bem equipada, tinha tudo que precisávamos, a área externa é incrível, ótimo para fazer aquele churrasquinho, curti uma piscina, a casa tem bastante banheiro o que ajuda muito, os quartos muito bem preparados e espaçoso, as fotos são igualzinhas a casa. Ótima casa para aproveitar entre família e amigos! O caseiro da casa Sr Benedito um amor de pessoa, sempre muito prestativo e cuidadoso. A proprietária da casa um amor de pessoa também!! Com certeza irei voltar e recomendo demaisss!!

Área Externa é o melhor ponto da casa, forno de pizza, churrasqueira, mesas, TV e Piscina,ótimos. Tivemos problemas que em um dos quartos entrou água por conta da chuva, um problema do telhado, tirando isso ótima hospedagem bem fiel às Fotos do anúncio.

A casa é muito boa, conforme o anúncio, e está bem equipada. Havia pequenas avarias (por exemplo, o mecanismo de reclinar do sofá estava avariado, e a TV do quarto não funcionou), mas não prejudicaram a estadia. Fez falta a geladeira extra da área externa, que estava no conserto. A área externa da casa é muito boa! Utilizamos a churrasqueira e o forno de pizza - tudo funcionou bem. Também gostamos muito da facilidade de ter roupas de cama e toalhas disponíveis para todos os hóspedes. O caseiro, Sr Benedito, e a faxineira, Maria, são excelentes pessoas! Muito solícitos e sempre nos atenderam com rapidez e educação. A praia do Indaiá é muito boa, com quiosques e estrutura. O ponto da praia que fica próximo à casa é no final da praia, então não fica muito cheio, mas também fica mais isolada de algumas facilidades (alguns vendedores ambulantes não chegam lá, por exemplo). O bairro é tranquilo, e há supermercado, padaria e farmácia relativamente perto (cerca de 5 quarteirões).
