Duplex w/ leisure next to Alto do Ipiranga subway

Our duplex has a space of approximately 23m² and high ceilings, accommodating up to 4 people on a sofa bed in the living room and a double bed on the mezzanine. We are in a gated community with 24-hour doorman and a complete leisure area.

We are next to the Alto do Ipiranga subway station (Line 2 – Green), close to the São Paulo Aquarium and Av. Nazaré, which has several shops and attractions such as the Ipiranga Museum and Parque Independência.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is closed off by windows, ensuring greater security.

- You will need to climb some stairs to access the mezzanine with a double bed, and it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply, instructions provided directly on site).

Upon entering the duplex, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has the ideal utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker, extractor hood, among others. The living room has a double sofa bed. Going up the stairs, there is a mezzanine with a double bed.

We also have blackout blinds, tables with chairs for dining or home office, steamer, hot and cold air conditioning, Smart TV on the mezzanine and in the living room, and a bathroom with a gas shower and hairdryer.

We do not have parking spaces, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot or on the street in front of the building.

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, gym and coworking space. They will not have access to the barbecue areas and party room.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.
