Studio with leisure near the São Paulo Aquarium

Our studio has a space of 20m² and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. We are in a condominium with a complete leisure area and 24-hour doorman.

We are next to the Alto do Ipiranga subway station (Line 2 – Green), close to the São Paulo Aquarium and Av. Nazaré, which has several shops and attractions such as the Ipiranga Museum and Parque Independência.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is closed off by windows, ensuring greater security.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room by OMO (charges apply, instructions available directly on site).

Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has the ideal utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, water filter, sandwich maker, blender, extractor hood, among others. We also have a bench with a backrest, a table for dining or home office, and a rotating Smart TV that can be used as a bench or bed.

We also have blackout blinds, hot and cold air conditioning, a bathroom with a gas shower, a steamer, and a hair dryer.

We do not have parking spaces, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot or on the street in front of the building.

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, gym and coworking space. They will not have access to the barbecue areas and party room.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.
