Our house is located 700m from Barra do Una beach, one of the most desired in São Sebastião, and comfortably accommodates up to 8 people.

We are close to waterfalls, wooded areas and trails that pass through the Atlantic forest, in addition to the various conveniences and tourist attractions that the city has to offer.

- We allow up to 2 small or medium-sized pets per stay, upon request.

- We do not provide linen. Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, pillows, towels and blankets.

- We do not provide toilet paper, cleaning and hygiene products.

- We provide 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas.

- It is necessary to climb stairs to access the mezzanine which has beds and is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. However, there are ground floor rooms that accommodate up to 6 people.

- Check-in time is from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. It is not possible to check-in outside these times due to the availability of the person responsible for handing over the keys.

Upon entering, guests will have access to the living room, which has sofas and a Smart TV. The dining room and open-plan kitchen are integrated with the living room, and have a dining table with chairs, cooktop stove, water filter, electric oven, refrigerators, among others. In the same room, we have a mezzanine with two single beds. The house also has three bedrooms, one suite with a queen bed, one suite with a double bed and one room with a bunk bed.

In the outdoor area, we have a wooden deck with a dining table, barbecue, hammocks, shower, garden, football lawn and pool table.

We also have high-speed WI-FI and ceiling fans in every room. We provide 1 uncovered parking space.

The guest will have access to all of the house's facilities.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

Barra do Una is known for its beach with clear waters and the junction of the Una River with the sea, creating a relaxing and paradisiacal setting. The region also offers a tourist infrastructure with restaurant options, shops and various activities, such as boat trips and water sports. Furthermore, the neighborhood is ideal for those looking for closer contact with nature. We are approximately 2h30 from São Paulo.

As we are 700m from Barra do Una beach, it is possible to use vehicles or walk to it. It is also possible to use transport apps, such as Uber, to get around the region.
