Studio w/ balcony and leisure above Paraíso subway

We can accommodate up to 2 people in 23m², with a double bed. The condominium offers 24-hour doorman and full leisure facilities.

We are next to the Paraíso subway (Lines 1 – Blue and 2 – Green) and a few meters from Paulista Avenue, one of the main tourist attractions in São Paulo. In addition, there are several shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set per stay. Extra changes can be arranged separately).

- For extra cleaning, please contact our team in advance (service at an additional cost).

- The balcony has guardrails for added safety, but there are no child safety screens.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room OMO (paid use, with instructions on site).

Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen equipped with essential utensils for a practical stay, including a minibar, cooktop stove, microwave, 3 Corações coffee maker, blender and sandwich maker.

The balcony, separated by a glass door with blackout curtains, has a table and chairs for dining, as well as a wide view of the city.

The space also has air conditioning and a bathroom with a gas shower and hairdryer.

We do not offer parking spaces, but there are nearby parking lots available.

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure areas, including the swimming pool, solarium, rooftop, coworking space, gym, bike rack and spa. Access to the party room is not available.
