Balcony and leisure on top of the Paraíso subway

We can accommodate up to 2 people in a double bed in a 23m² space. We are located in a gated community with 24-hour concierge and a complete leisure area.

We are next to the Paraíso subway station (Line 1 – Blue and Line 2 – Green) and just a few meters from Paulista Avenue, one of the biggest tourist attractions in São Paulo. We are also close to several shops, restaurants and bars in the area.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room by OMO (charges apply, instructions provided directly on site).

Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a minibar, cooktop stove, microwave, 3 Corações coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, among others.

A balcony with a glass door and blackout curtains divides the spaces. There is a table with chairs for meals and a wide view of the city.

We also have air conditioning and a bathroom with a gas shower and hairdryer.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot.

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, which are complete, such as: swimming pool, solarium, rooftop, coworking space, gym, bike rack and spa. You will not have access to the party room.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.
