Located 300m from Perequê beach, our 130m2 house comfortably accommodates up to 3 people in 1 suite and 1 sofa bed. The house houses several works of art by the famous artist and mosaista Ana Canale, which serve as an inspiring museum. We are also close to restaurants and supermarkets and 8 min drive to the village, being a strategic place for tours.

As soon as you enter the house, guests will find a bright and airy atmosphere. In this first space, there is a living room with sofa bed and next to a dining room and reading space

In the hallway there is a toilet entirely made by the artist and then the suite with queen bed, smart TV and a balcony with hammock that gives access to the outside of the house.

In another environment we have a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for the stay.


We have WI-FI for you want to do home office on the beach.

We offer 1 parking space inside the property.


The guest will have access to the entire property, except to the owner's art studio and the closet.


The Agency Meu Anfitrião manages this property and will pass all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, rules of the property and leisure tips near the locality.


Residential neighborhood and surrounded by lots of nature. Perequê Beach is one of the most central in Ilhabela and so it has good infrastructure of kiosks and tents so that tourists can enjoy the day on the beach without worrying about anything at all.


In addition to perequê beach, it is possible to walk to the beach the beach barra velha. All locations have kiosk and restaurant infrastructure. It is possible to rent a bike to ride the bike lane.

We are 8 min drive from the Village, where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants, besides being a very nice option for an evening stroll.

It is also possible to travel by car to more distant beaches, both in the north and south.

- No noise and sound box after 22h. Non-compliance will result in a fine. The amount may vary from one night.

Local excelente , muito aconchegante , super bem decorado e muito limpo também. Muito próximo da orla da praia , pode ir caminhando. Rua muito tranquila , Ana super simpática e muito atenciosa. Eu e minha família agradecemos muito a ela pois fez o nosso passeio ser ainda melhor , começando pela estadia. Recomendo e muito!

Estadia maravilhosa, casa super aconchegante, localização em rua tranquila e silenciosa, bem próxima a praia do Perequê (5 minutos a pé) e de opções de restaurantes, tudo perfeito. Voltaremos sempre que possível!
