We are in a prime location close to Rua da Consolação and the Avenida Paulista region. There are restaurants, bars and shopping malls nearby, as well as a Pão de Açúcar Minuto on the same street, making it ideal for those who want to see more of the city while working.

As we are very close to Avenida Paulista, it is also possible to find several entertainment options, restaurants, bars and shops.

check in e check out facilitados, acesso ao prédio por reconhecimento facial e acesso ao studio por fechadura com senha, me senti seguro. sobre o studio, pequeno, mas é a proposta, atendeu a todas as nossas necessidades, tv smart, cozinha completa para duas pessoas, armários grandes e espaçosos para a roupa, banheiro extremamente limpo e chuveiro é um espetáculo a parte. sobre o condomínio, academia completa, piscina ok, quando fomos estava suja mas creio eu que seja algo temporário que se resolve com um bom tratamento, mercado completo no térreo do prédio, dentro do condomínio com acesso por aplicativo, show. nossa estadia foi tranquila, sem nenhuma intercorrência, quando precisamos nos comunicar com o Host ele foi solicito com o que precisávamos e ainda conseguiu liberar o check in um pouco mais cedo pra mim, nota 10!

Studio aconchegante, condomínio incrível e ótima localização. Achei ideal para uma pessoa. Como fui a trabalho pude desfrutar dos espaços de coworking que são amplos, arejados, com decoração e vista linda de sp. Localização ótima, e sempre me responderam e tiraram minhas dúvidas com agilidade. Super recomendo!
