House with infinity pool near the beach

Located near Santa Teresa Beach, our house accommodates up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms, three of which are suites. We have a swimming pool and gourmet area with barbecue, beer cooler, Nespresso coffee maker, Smart TV, among others.

We are also close to the Ilhabela Yacht Club and just a few minutes' drive from the village.

- The pool at the house has an infinity edge without guardrails, not suitable for children.

- We provide bed linen, bath and pool towels.

- There are no child protection screens.

- Small pets allowed, upon request.

Upon entering the house, guests will have access to a fully equipped kitchen combined with a dining room with a table and benches for eating.

Going down the stairs from the dining room, there is a living room with sofas, armchairs, a Smart TV and a balcony with access to the deck. The deck is large and has a swimming pool, sun loungers, a small garden and a privileged view of the sea.

Access to the bedrooms is via a hallway from the dining room and the kitchen. In total, there are five bedrooms: two suites with a double bed and air conditioning in each, one suite with two single beds and air conditioning, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds.

The house has space for 4 vehicles in 2 garages, one on the level of the house, entered through the kitchen, and another on an upper level that gives access to the house by a small staircase.

The house is in a condominium with 5 other houses. As it is at the top of a slope, it is recommended to use a car to access it. The house has stairs, so we do not recommend it for the elderly or people with reduced mobility.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

As we are in a central region, it is possible to easily move to other beaches in the south or north of the island. We are close to the famous center of Ilhabela, with a lot of culture, gastronomy and historical buildings.

As it is at the top of a slope, it is recommended to use a car to access the house.
