Just 350m from the Vila Madalena subway station, it is the right choice for those who want to explore the city while working.
- The condominium has a self-service laundry OMO (paid use).
- There is an OXXO supermarket next to the entrance of the condominium.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set per stay. Additional changes can be arranged separately).
- For additional cleaning, please contact our team in advance (paid service).
- We provide an extra bed to accommodate an additional child. If you are interested, please let our team know (R$60 for sending the set and R$60 per additional day).

Although there is no garage, there is parking available in front of the building.
Guests will have free access to the OMO shared laundry, bike rack, swimming pool and gym. The gourmet area with solarium will not be available for use.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency is responsible for managing this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, including a manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities in the region.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible must send a photo/selfie with the document in hand for signing the seasonal rental agreement and provide valid photo IDs for all guests (ID, driver's license, RNE or passport).
- Make sure to select the correct number of guests when formalizing the reservation, as this may impact the final price.
- Noise and use of speakers after 10 pm are prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a fine, according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking in the apartment is prohibited.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- The apartment does not have child safety screens.
- The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure areas, such as the pool and gym. The gourmet area with solarium cannot be used.
- The condominium has a self-service laundry OMO (paid service).
- We provide 1 complete set of linens per stay, including bed linen, bath towels and blankets. Additional changes can be arranged separately.
- If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, please contact our team in advance (paid service).
- We do not have parking spaces in the garage. However, there is parking available at QuikPar Estacionamentos, located at R. Sen. Cesar Lacerda Vergueiro, 380. Cost for 12 hours: R$35.00.
- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is attached to your reservation to cover any unforeseen events. If there are no incidents, the amount will be returned within 7 days after check-out, upon inspection of the unit.

Apartamento ótimo... tudo moderno e de bom gosto. Faço dois apontamentos quais sejam: Dificuldade para encontrar estacionamento pois o estacionamento que fica em frente fecha durante os finais de semana; não obtive êxito em ligar o ar condicionado.

Apartamento ótimo... tudo moderno e de bom gosto. Faço dois apontamentos quais sejam: Dificuldade para encontrar estacionamento pois o estacionamento que fica em frente fecha durante os finais de semana; não obtive êxito em ligar o ar condicionado.

Muy buena ubicación, cercano al metro Vila Madalena, supermercados y sectores gastronómicos. El barrio da sensación de seguridad. Las instalaciones están muy bien, espacialmente la piscina. Muy recomendable para parejas.

Muy buena ubicación, cercano al metro Vila Madalena, supermercados y sectores gastronómicos. El barrio da sensación de seguridad. Las instalaciones están muy bien, espacialmente la piscina. Muy recomendable para parejas.
