Our 36m² studio accommodates up to 3 people in 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed, making it a great option for those looking for space, comfort and a privileged location, in addition to having a 24-hour in person concierge in the condominium.

We are located on Avenida Rebouças in front of the Hospital das Clínicas, close to Avenida Paulista, close to parks, restaurants and shopping malls, making it ideal for those who want to see more of the city while working.

Our studio is spacious and well decorated. Sleeps up to 3 people in a queen bed and a sofa bed with hot and cold air conditioning.

Right after entering, we have an open concept space with kitchen and all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, including oven, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker, kettle and a countertop to make meals.


Just in front we have the bed, the sofa bed and the Smart TV. Next door, we also have a cozy living room for the benefit of the guest.

We have a bathroom with a gas shower and a hairdryer.

We have high-speed WI-FI.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.

- Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation, this may influence the final price.

- Forbidden noise and sound box after 22h. Failure to comply will incur a fine. The value may vary according to the rules of the condominium.

- Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.

- The guest will have access to the complete apartment, pool, laundry and parking space with amounts paid separately.

- We provide 1 parking space (amounts paid separately). Parking is inside the condominium and works with a valet system only from Monday to Friday from 6am to 9pm. Outside these hours, it is possible to access the parking lot upon presentation at the entrance for identification and release.

- The condominium has a swimming pool and shared laundry and OMO self-service (values ​​apart).

- Visits are prohibited.

- There are no child protection screens in the apartment.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete trousseau will be offered per stay. If you want to change the trousseau and towels during your stay, it must be hired separately).

- A security deposit of R$1000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.

El edificio muy moderno, el portero muy amable, el departamento muy bonito con todo lo que se necesitaba, en general un buen lugar para hospedarse, muy ordenado, con aire acondicionado, S-Mart TV, persianas black out, estaba cerca a la Av Paulista, cerca a bares, tiendas y restaurantes y la anfitriona fue muy amable, lo recomiendo
