Our 36m² studio accommodates up to 3 people in 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, making it a great option for those looking for space, comfort and a privileged location, in addition to having a 24-hour in person concierge in the condominium.

We are located on Avenida Rebouças in front of the Hospital das Clínicas, close to Avenida Paulista, close to parks, restaurants and shopping malls, making it ideal for those who want to see more of the city while working.

Our studio is spacious and well decorated. Sleeps up to 3 people in a double bed and a sofa bed with hot and cold air conditioning.

Right after entering, we have an open concept space with kitchen and all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, including oven, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker, kettle and a countertop to make meals.


Just in front we have the bed, the sofa bed and the Smart TV. Next door, we also have a cozy living room for the benefit of the guest.

We have a bathroom with a gas shower and a hairdryer.

- Forbidden noise and sound box after 22h. Failure to comply will incur a fine. The value may vary according to the rules of the condominium.

- The guest will have access to the complete apartment, pool, laundry and parking space with amounts paid separately.

- We provide 1 parking space (amounts paid separately). Parking is inside the condominium and works with a valet system only from Monday to Friday from 6am to 9pm. Outside these hours, it is possible to access the parking lot upon presentation at the entrance for identification and release.

- The condominium has shared laundry and OMO self-service (values ​​separately)

Gostamos muito e, em um retorno à cidade, se tiver apartamento disponível vamos novamente.

Tudo muito bom. Sugestão: deixar material para pizza (forma para assar, cortador, etc.) e também mais travesseiros (pessoas acostumadas a dormir com dois, ao dormir com um fica um pouco desconfortável). Colocar um adesivo com o número da portaria no interfone, para caso precisar falar com o porteiro.
