Suite with garage near Itaquanduba beach

We are located in the Itaquanduba neighborhood in a gated community in Ilhabela and accommodate up to 2 people in a double bed, in an 18m² suite.

Itaquanduba beach is approximately 100m away, while Engenho d’Água beach is approximately 200m away, ensuring paradisiacal landscapes as well as restaurants, bars and shops in the region.

- We provide a complete set of pillows, sheets, blankets, and bath and face towels. We do not provide beach towels.

- You will need to climb some stairs to access the suite, and it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- ATTENTION: as we are located in a residential condominium, noise and parties are prohibited throughout the day, especially after 10 pm. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine.

The suite has a Smart TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and a 1.5L bottle of water. NOTE: the suite does not have a kitchen, only a mini-fridge and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker.

We also have a bathroom with an electric shower.

We provide an uncovered and marked parking space.

The guest will have free access to all areas of the condominium, including the shared swimming pool.
