House with Smart TV in a beachfront condominium

Located close to the best beaches on the south side of the island, our 60m2 house accommodates up to 4 people in 2 suites with a queen bed. Our house is the perfect place for those looking to spend peaceful days in the middle of nature with their family or couples.

We are located within a residential condominium that is by the sea with complete leisure infrastructure.

- We do not offer bed linen, bath towels, blankets and pillows. It is the guest's responsibility to bring it.

- It is necessary to climb a flight of stairs, therefore, we do not recommend it for the elderly or people with reduced mobility.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- We allow small pets, upon request.

Upon entering the house, guests will find a well-lit and airy environment. In this space, there is a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, as well as a table with chairs and a balcony with a barbecue.

Both suites have a queen-size bed, smart TV and air conditioning. One of them has air conditioning and the other has a ceiling fan. One also has a balcony.

We have Wi-Fi if you want to work from home on the beach, as well as cable TV and Netflix. We have 1 uncovered parking space available in the courtyard in front of the house. ATTENTION: Since you have to park on the ramp, it can be difficult to maneuver the car.

The condominium has security cameras, 24-hour doorman, swimming pool, swimming and diving area, private marina, beachside bar, sports courts, fishing spots and decks with sea views.

- The guest will have access to the entire property and the leisure area of ​​the condominium.

- By rule of the condominium, access to the pool is paid at R$ 100.00 per day per person (day use).

- The nearest beach is about a 5-minute drive away and the leisure area of ​​the condominium is about a 1-minute walk away.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will pass on all the necessary information for the stay, such as a manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

The Port of São Pedro has calm and clear waters. As there is no infrastructure in place, visitors need to bring their food if they decide to spend the whole day in Porto de São Pedro. The south side of Ilhabela is full of beautiful beaches and waterfalls.

It is possible to travel by car to more distant beaches, both in the north and in the south. We are 20 minutes from the ferry.
