Our studio accommodates up to 4 people in a space of approximately 42m². The condominium has a complete leisure area and 24-hour doorman.
We are next to Brigadeiro Faria Lima Avenue, known for being one of the city's largest business centers. We are also close to JK Iguatemi Shopping Mall, Santander Theater and Ibirapuera Park.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.

Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has a refrigerator, cooktop stove, electric oven, microwave, mixer, electric coffee maker, among other utensils necessary for their stay. The balcony has blackout curtains and a wide view of the city.

We provide 1 covered and unmarked parking space.
Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, including the outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, whirlpool pool, coworking space, gym and 24-hour mini-market.
