Studio with balcony next to Avenida Jabaquara

We have a space of approximately 25m² and can accommodate up to 2 people in a double bed. We are located in a gated community with a leisure area and 24-hour concierge.

We are next to Avenida Jabaquara, which has several shops, subway stations and other amenities. We are also close to Congonhas Airport and Ibirapuera Park.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply).

Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, Três Corações coffee maker, sandwich maker, mixer, electric kettle, among others. The balcony has a glass door and blackout curtains, as well as a table with chairs for dining and a view of the city.

We also have hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, steamer and bathroom with gas shower and hairdryer. We don't have wardrobes, but we do have a rack with some hangers in the bathroom.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: a solarium with a hot tub and a fire pit, a gym and a coworking space. They will not be able to use the barbecue area. There is also an Oxxo supermarket next to the building.
