We can accommodate up to 2 people in a space of approximately 25m². The condominium has a leisure area and 24-hour remote concierge.

Strategically located near the Vila Madalena subway station, the studio has access to several conveniences in the region, ideal for those who want to explore the city while working.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.

- The condominium does not have a shared laundry room. It is possible to use a nearby laundry room (charges apply, directly on site).

Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has a minibar, cooktop stove, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, Nespresso coffee maker, among other things. The balcony has blackout curtains, a table with chairs for dining, and a view of the city.

We also have a table with chairs for home office, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a standard TV, a steamer, and a bathroom with an electric shower and hair dryer.

We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby lot (charges apply).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, including a swimming pool, gym and 24-hour mini-market.

Approximately 400m from the Vila Madalena terminal, you can easily reach the main points of the city using public transport. It is also possible to easily get around to other regions of São Paulo, using apps such as Uber.
