Ranch with pool, jacuzzi and garage in Petrópolis

Our site accommodates up to 8 people and is located in a gated community, in an extensive wooded and preserved area of ​​the Atlantic Forest, ideal for those who want to relax close to nature.

We are located in the Secretaria region, in the municipality of Petrópolis. The area is known for having a rural atmosphere, providing an escape from big cities.

- The condominium does not allow any loud sounds, so as not to interfere with the animals' breeding.

- We allow up to 3 small pets or 1 large pet, upon request (prices separately).

- Included in the daily rate are two employees (with the exception of Sundays and holidays): an employee who takes care of the house and laundry, from Monday to Friday and an employee who takes care of the external area, including the pool, from Monday to noon on Saturday.

- We provide a complete layette with sheets, pillows, pillowcases, blankets, bath, face and pool towels and dish towels in the kitchen. On colder days, we recommend bringing extra blankets.

- It is necessary to climb stairs to access the suite with double bed, not recommended for guests with reduced mobility. The remaining bedrooms are on the ground floor.

Upon arrival, guests will have access to the outdoor area, with a swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol, dining table and chairs, barbecue, pizza oven and a drinking water fountain, as well as a bathroom. It is possible to contemplate nature by the river that passes through the property. Entering the house, we have a living room with sofas, armchairs, fireplace and desk with chair for a home office. In the dining room and kitchen, we have dining tables with chairs, refrigerator, wood oven, coffee maker, utensils, among others. We have 4 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a suite with a queen bed and a master suite on the upper floor with a double bed and spa with jacuzzi.

We also have high-speed WI-FI, Smart TVs, sauna, two guest bathrooms and air conditioning, except for the room with just one single bed, which has a fan.

We offer 4 covered parking spaces and 3 uncovered parking spaces.

The guest will have access to all facilities on the ranch.

We are in a securely gated condominium, in a preserved area of ​​the Atlantic Forest, with natural landscapes. Just 1km from the site, you can find Cachoeira do Secretaria, a great option for a trip with family and friends. We are also approximately 5km from the center of Secretaria, with some restaurants, bars, conveniences and the region's main square.

It is possible to reach the location using vehicles. We do not recommend using transport apps, such as Uber, as the site is in a remote region, far from the big city.
