Apartment with balcony 200m from Enseada Beach

Our apartment accommodates up to 5 people in a queen-size bed, a double bed and a single bunk bed.

We are in a gated community with a leisure area and 24-hour concierge, located 200m from Enseada beach.

- We provide a complete set of pillows, sheets, bath towels and face towels. We do not provide blankets.

- We only allow small pets, up to 6kg.

- The condominium does not have a shared laundry room, but we do have a washing machine and clothesline in the apartment. You must bring your own cleaning products if you wish to use them.

Upon entering the apartment, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has the ideal utensils for a practical stay, such as a cooktop stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, water filter, air fryer, sandwich maker, blender, electric kettle, among others. Next door, we have the dining and living rooms, which have a table with chairs for meals and a sofa. The gourmet balcony connects the living room to one of the bedrooms and has tables, chairs, a lounge chair and a barbecue.

We have Smart TVs in both bedrooms and in the living room, a laundry area with a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms and high-speed WI-FI throughout the house.

We have two covered and marked parking spaces.

Guests will have free access to all areas of the condominium, including the indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, gym, multi-sports court, playground, playroom, games rooms and TV room. They will not have access to the party room.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

The center of Bertioga has restaurants, markets, pharmacies and other shops available. We are also close to several beaches, as well as Forte São João, one of the main tourist attractions in the region.

You can easily get around the city on foot or by car. You can also use transportation apps, such as Uber.
