House with heated pool 100m from Maresias beach

Our house comfortably accommodates up to 10 people and has a leisure area complete with swimming pool, pizza oven and barbecue.

We are located 100m from Canto do Moreira, on Praia de Maresias. It is also possible to access various conveniences and shops in the region to help during your stay.

- We allow small pets, upon request.

- If necessary, the housekeeper can carry out cooking and cleaning services (separate prices, negotiated directly with her).

- We do not provide linen, only 14 pillows for complimentary use. Guests are required to bring their own bed and bath linens.

- We provide 8 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas, located in the service area. After using them, wash them and return them to the same place.

- We can accommodate up to 4 additional guests in extra beds (upon request, prices separately).

Upon entering, guests will have access to the living room, which has sofas and air conditioning; then there is the dining room, with tables and chairs for meals and a ceiling fan. In the kitchen, we have the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, blender, water filter, among others. We have 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning, three of which have a double bed each and the last one has a double bed and a bunk bed. Two bathrooms are inside the house, close to the bedrooms, both with hairdryers.

Outside, we have a living area with a table and chairs for meals, a swimming pool, a wood-fired pizza oven and a barbecue, as well as 1 bathroom.

We have 6 uncovered parking spaces. In addition, we have high-speed WI-FI and Smart TV in the living room and in all bedrooms, except for the bedroom with a bunk bed.

Guests will have access to all of the house's facilities, except for the caretakers' residence.

Canto do Moreira is located at one end of Maresias Beach. It is known for its strong waves, ideal for surfing. The beach is characterized by its natural beauty, with a combination of blue sea, white sand and abundant vegetation, providing a stunning landscape.
