It is located in a privileged location just a few steps from the Vila Madalena subway, with easy access to Pão de Açúcar Minuto and an internal gallery with shops and a food court that connects Rua Paulistânia to Vila Madalena station.

The studio has an open concept, measures 27m² and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. In the same space, we have a kitchen with the necessary utensils for a practical stay, bathroom, closet, table with chairs, Smart TV and Nespresso coffee machine, but it is necessary to bring your own capsules.

A balcony with a glass door separates the spaces. There is a table with a chair for guests to work and enjoy.

We also have hot and cold air conditioning and high-speed WI-FI.

The condominium also has a gym and swimming pool on the 10th floor.

We do not provide a garage. However, it is possible to park in a nearby car park, 300m from the site (not open on weekends), in a car park 600m away (open every day of the week, from 6am to 11pm) or on Rua Paulistânia, which is extensive. and possible to park on weekends. Separate prices, directly at the locations.


Guests will have free access to the entire condominium. ATTENTION: The condominium swimming pool is under maintenance. It is not possible to use it at the moment.

Tive alguns problemas no formulário para fazer o checkin mas o suporte por mensagem conseguiu resolver meu problema. A entrada no apartamento foi super tranquilo, nada de demora e a localização é incrível, do lado no metrô. Possui uma academia 24h perto da portaria e um mini mercado também. Únicos problemas que tive foi com o ar condicionado que pingava algumas vezes e como fica em cima da cama, incomodava durante o sono. A geladeira faz bastante barulho, então se você tem sono leve, vai ser difícil pegar no sono. E os cobertores estavam com cheiro de guardado, mas dava para usá-los normalmente.

Eu me hospedei com minha irmã e correu tudo bem na estadia. O apartamento está de acordo com o anúncio e é muito bem equipado: ar condicionado, utensílios de cozinha, tv grande, vários armários e espaço separado para trabalho na sacada. As duas camadas de vidros - uma na sacada e outra no quarto - vedam melhor o barulho da rua, o que foi um diferencial para um conforto maior na estadia. Sobre o prédio: piscina, academia e lavanderia são ótimas. O check-in foi tranquilo pois já estávamos hospedadas em outro apartamento. A comunicação com os anfitriões foi ok, passaram instruções claras e deram suporte quando precisei tirar dúvidas.
