We are approximately 750m from Largo da Batata and 1km from Beco do Batman, making it the ideal option for those looking for leisure and convenience in one place.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (OMO) (charges apply). The laundry room is closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 am to 10 am.
Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, electric coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, among others. The balcony has a glass door, blackout curtains, and views of the city.
We also have a table with chairs for dining or home office, hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, iron, and bathroom with electric shower and hair dryer.
We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (fees apply).
Guests will have access to the pool, gym and common area with games room and coworking space. They will not have access to the party room and barbecue area.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
