We are located just a few steps from the Vila Madalena subway, with easy access to Pão de Açúcar and an internal gallery with shops and a food court that connects Rua Paulistânia to Vila Madalena station.


- The condominium has an OMO self-service laundry (values ​​separately).

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete trousseau will be offered per stay. If you want to change the trousseau and towels during your stay, it must be hired separately).

- If you want extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (amounts separate).

- There is construction work on another building in front of the building. On weekdays, noise levels of up to 85 dB can occur from 7 am to 7 pm, while noise levels of up to 59 dB can occur from 7 pm to 7 am. On weekends and holidays, noise levels of up to 85 dB can occur from 8 am to 2 pm, while noise levels of up to 59 dB can occur from 2 pm to 8 am.


The studio is open concept and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. The environment is finished in wood, being very cozy. In the same space, we have a kitchen with the necessary utensils for a practical stay, bathroom, closet, table with chairs and Smart TV.

We also have hot and cold air conditioning and high-speed WI-FI.

The condominium also has a gym and swimming pool on the 10th floor.

We do not provide a garage. However, it is possible to park in a nearby car park, 300m from the site (not open on weekends), in a car park 600m away (open every day of the week, from 6am to 11pm) or on Rua Paulistânia, which is extensive. and possible to park on weekends. Separate prices, directly at the locations.


Guests will have free access to the entire condominium, including the swimming pool and gym. They will not be able to use the party room.


The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will pass on all the necessary information for the stay, such as a manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

As instruções de entrada foram enviadas poucas horas antes do check-in e ocorreu tudo super bem. A localidade é ótima, costumo ficar sempre por ali, mas no apê da Luiza foi a primeira vez e pretendo voltar! Um apartamento agradável que nos faz sentir em casa nos pequenos detalhes. Desde um chuveiro bom e uma televisão moderna a suportes para toalhas, sabonetes e roupas que deixam tudo mais prático, como é nas nossas casas. Excelente estadia, não irão se arrepender.

A estadia foi ótima! O estúdio é pequeno mas perfeito para quem quer um lugar confortável para descansar depois de trabalhar ou passear pela cidade. A única janela dá para uma construção, então, durante a semana tem bastante barulho e pouca privacidade - nada que a cortina blackout não resolva. A estação de metrô fica a 10 passos do prédio, tem muitos mercadinhos e outros comércios nos arredores. Foi boa a experiência!
