We are close to Ibirapuera Shopping Mall and approximately 1.7km from Congonhas Airport, making it the ideal combination of leisure and convenience.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, water filter, blender, air fryer, sandwich maker, electric coffee maker, among others, as well as a table with chairs for meals.
We have hot and cold air conditioning, Smart TV, high-speed WI-FI, blackout curtains, Nespresso Essenza Mini coffee maker, steamer and bathroom with electric shower and hair dryer.
We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).
Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, gym and coworking space. They will not be able to use the gourmet area.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
