Located inside a condominium close to the beach, our house accommodates up to 8 people in four bedrooms, two of which are suites.

We have a gourmet space with barbecue, hot tub and swimming pool.


- We do not provide bed linen, bath towels or blankets, but we can provide these items additionally (prices vary, upon request).

- We allow small and medium pets, upon request.


Upon entering the house, the guest will have access to a living room with cable TV, retractable sofa and dining table. The kitchen is complete with the necessary utensils for your stay, in addition to having a central island with two stools. In this space we also have a toilet.

We have 4 bedrooms, of which: 2 suites, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (which can become a double) and 2 double rooms that share a bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.

From the living room, it is possible to access the external area, in which there is a space integrated by a swimming pool, hot tub and gourmet area with barbecue. For colder days, we have a heater.

We provide WI-FI for those who need to do home office from the beach.

We have a parking space inside the property, but it is also possible to park safely on the street in front of the property.


The guest will have access to the entire property.


The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.


Riviera de São Lourenço is a semi-closed luxury condominium complex located in the municipality of Bertioga with summer houses and apartments. The location is quiet, safe and perfect for resting with the family and is just a few meters from Praia de Riviera and close to shopping, restaurants, bars and supermarket.


Because it is very well located, it is possible to do many things on foot or by bike, such as going to the beach or shopping.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).

- For greater security for everyone, the condominium requests facial registration at the property's access gate. The Meu Anfitrião team will guide guests every step of the way.

- Noise and sleep box are prohibited after 10pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary according to condominium rules.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- We do not provide bed linen, bath towels or blankets, but we can provide these items additionally (prices separately, upon request).

- We allow small and medium pets, upon request.

- Smoking only in external areas.

- A security deposit of R$2,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for unforeseen events. If none occurs, there will be no extra charge.
