Located right on the sand at Praia da Armação, our house is the ideal retreat for those seeking tranquility in Ilhabela. We are close to the Vila Salga event space and the BL3 sailing school.

It is prepared to accommodate groups of up to 13 guests in two houses, one main house facing the beach and one annex.


- It is necessary to hire a housekeeper to assist with the stay. Separate values.

- We provide bed linen, beach towels and blankets. We do not provide bath towels.

- We allow small pets, upon request.


When arriving at the house there is a garage for two cars that gives access to the edicule. In this first space we have a suite, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom and a small TV room, where the sofa is a single bed.

When leaving the shed, going down a stone staircase, it is possible to access the main house, which is right on the sand. In it we have another suite, a room with two bunk beds and a single room.

The TV room is cozy and has a connection to the balcony and views of the sea. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and appliances necessary for the stay, such as: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc.

The outside area is very cozy! It has a sunny area and a beautiful tree that makes a very pleasant shade. Contains sofas, hammocks, hammocks, picnic table and dining table. Access to the beach is made from the side of the garden, bringing a lot of convenience to our guests.


The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.


Praia da Armação is a beautiful beach and great to go with children. It has a swing in the trees, a chapel, a playground and it is possible to walk to Praia do Pinto, which has a very nice pier to take pictures.

For lovers of water sports, Armação is the ideal place for those who want to learn to sail or windsurf at the most famous school in Vela da Ilhabela BL3.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).

- No noise and loudspeakers after 10pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary according to condominium rules.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- Visits are prohibited.

- Smoking only in external areas.

- We accept small pets, upon request.

- Due to the size of the house, it will be necessary to hire the owner's trusted employee. In the case of reservations with more than 6 guests, it is necessary to hire two employees. Amounts charged separately and confirmed after booking confirmation.

- A security deposit of R$ 2,000.00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events. If there are none, there will be no extra charges.
