We are in an excellent location, close to everything, in one of the most charming neighborhoods in São Paulo, close to parks and tourist attractions. We are just a few steps from the Vila Madalena subway and the Pão de Açúcar Minuto, bakeries and pharmacies.


- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket. Every 7 days, a mandatory fee of R$180 will be charged for complete cleaning of the apartment, including changing bed and bath linen.


Relax watching a movie on the projector or on one of the two 49" Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. Enjoy hot and cold LG 18000 BTU air conditioning.

The loft also has a bedroom with a desk and minibar, dryer, shoe rack, suitcase and hangers. Large living room, kitchen with cooktop, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, blender, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and utensils.


Guests will have free access to the entire condominium, such as the OMO shared laundry room and bike rack on the ground floor, swimming pool and gym. The use of the condominium's barbecue is not permitted.


The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will pass on all the necessary information for the stay, such as a manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

- Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation, this may influence the final price.

- Forbidden noise and sound box after 22h. Failure to comply will incur a fine. The value may vary according to the rules of the condominium.

- *Attention:* Every 7 days, a mandatory fee of R$180 will be charged for the complete cleaning of the apartment, including the change of bed and bath linen.

- Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.

- No pets.

- Forbidden babies and small children, since it has a leaked ladder.

- No smoking in the apartment.

- Visits are prohibited.

- There are no child protection screens in the apartment.

- The kitchen was not planned for large preparations such as frying. In the event of misuse of the kitchen, a cleaning service fee may be charged.

- Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities such as: swimming pool, gym and gourmet space. You will not be able to use the condominium's barbecue.

- The condominium has an OMO self-service laundry (values ​​separately).

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete trousseau will be offered per stay. If you want to change the trousseau and towels during your stay, it must be hired separately).

- If you want extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (amounts separate).

- We don't have spaces in the garage. However, it is possible to park the car in the parking lot located on the street above. QuikPar Parking on R. Sen. Cesar Lacerda Vergueiro. 380. (Amount for 12 hours: BRL 35.00).

- A security deposit of R$1000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.

Apartamento super organizado e limpo.

Ambiente limpo, arejado e muito funcional. O bairro em si é ótimo e tem tudo perto (restaurantes, supermercados, padarias etc). A única recomendação que tenho é o reparo da descarga do banheiro do segundo piso que estava entupida. No mais, correu tudo bem e só tenho elogios.

apart from the problems with the door key pad not working we had a great stay, I love this location and have stayed close by before. paderia, restaurants and bars close by all within walking distance and an oxxo directly below the apartment building. will definitely stay again

Our one week stay was very comfortable. The clever use of space made the loft apt feel larger than the 42m2 described. It even had two bathrooms which was convenient for a couple. The location is within walking distance to nice restaurants and while the facial recognition entry system was a bit glitchy at times it made getting in and out simple and safe.
