Located in a condominium with leisure infrastructure and 24-hour in person concierge, our 28m² studio is a great option for those looking for practicality and comfort.
It is located in a privileged location close to Beco do Batman and the Vila Madalena subway, making it ideal for those who want to see more of the city while working.
- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete trousseau will be offered per stay. If you want to change the trousseau and towels during your stay, it must be hired separately).
- If you want extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (amounts separate).
- The condominium has an OMO self-service laundry (values separately).
- There are no protective screens on the windows.
The studio has an open concept and accommodates up to 3 people in a double bed and an auxiliary single bed.
In the same environment we have a kitchen with the necessary utensils for a practical stay, closet, desk for home office, Smart TV and blackout curtain. A balcony with a glass door separates the spaces. There is a table with chairs for meals.
We also have hot and cold air conditioning and high-speed WI-FI.
The condo also has a gym and rooftop pool.
We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park your car on the street in front of the building or in a nearby parking lot.
Guests will have free access to the entire condominium, except for the ballroom.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will pass on all the necessary information for the stay, such as a manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation, this may influence the final price.
- Forbidden noise and sound box after 22h. Failure to comply will incur a fine. The value may vary according to the rules of the condominium.
- Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.
- No pets.
- No smoking in the apartment.
- Visits are prohibited.
- There are no child protection screens in the apartment.
- The guest will have access to the leisure facilities of the condominium such as: swimming pool, gym and market. You will not be able to use the ballroom.

É a primeira vez que me hospedo em um apartamento e tem sido uma boa experiência.
Apartamento limpo, arrumado, igual às fotos, bairro tranquilo, excelente localização, tem metrô perto, mas precisa prover recursos de acordo com tamanho da estadia.
Sobre o anfitrião não tenho o que reclamar, sempre proativo em responder as mensagens.

Super recomendo! O espaço é ótimo, muito limpo e prático. A cozinha estava bem equipada, e o fato da varanda fechar e ficar como uma salinha a parte facilita muito.
A localização tb é ótima, a rua é tranquila, mas perto de muita coisa (dá pra ir andando pra muito bar/restaurante legal, e tb pro metrô).
Voltando para SP repetimos a estadia sem dúvida :-)

Super recomendo! O espaço é ótimo, muito limpo e prático. A cozinha estava bem equipada, e o fato da varanda fechar e ficar como uma salinha a parte facilita muito.
