It is located in a privileged location close to Beco do Batman and the Vila Madalena terminal, making it ideal for those who want to see more of the city while working.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete trousseau will be offered per stay. If you want to change the trousseau and towels during your stay, it must be hired separately).

- There are no child protection screens in the apartment.


The studio is open concept and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. In the same environment we have a kitchen with utensils necessary for the stay, bathroom, closet, desk for home office and Smart TV.

A balcony with a glass door separates the spaces. There is a table with chairs, as well as a sofa to enjoy the external environment.

We also have hot and cold air conditioning and high speed WI-FI. For a more cozy atmosphere, we have a blackout curtain.

In the bathroom, the shower is electric and we offer a hairdryer.

The condo also has a gym and rooftop pool. We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park your car on the street in front of the building or in a nearby parking lot.


The guest will have access to the leisure facilities of the condominium such as: swimming pool, gym and market. You will not be able to use the ballroom.


The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will pass on all the necessary information for the stay, such as a manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

Já é a sexta vez que me hospedo com Meu Anfitrião neste prédio, e este sem dúvida é o melhor dos 4 apartamentos que já me hospedei, pela organização dos móveis, pelo blackout, cama, e o andar, que é o último (melhor vista e mais silêncio), e fica longe do elevador. Tive um problema com a privada entupida, mas foi rapidamente solucionado. O prédio fica muito bem localizado, num bairro que adoro e é seguro, alem de perto do metrô. Quando vou a SP, esta é a minha casa!

Gente, que delicia de estadia!! Super espaçoso, limpo, a varandinha da um ar de aconchego. Tem de um TUDO que se precisa, tratando-se de utensílios domésticos. Próximo a restaurantes, ao lado de um mini mercado . O Meu Anfitrião foi super pratico e cordial para nos responder, com instruções super praticas ! Alugamos um carro e apesar de nao possuir garagem, a rua é super tranquila, e olha que fomos em Feriado de Carnaval ! Ja compartilhamos o link para amigos ! Ate a próxima 🙃
