It is located in a privileged location in Pinheiros, a 4-minute walk from the Faria Lima subway and an 11-minute walk from Pinheiros Station, making it ideal for those who want to discover more of the city while working.


- The condominium has an OMO self-service laundry (values ​​separately).

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete trousseau will be offered per stay. If you want to change the trousseau and towels during your stay, it must be hired separately).

- If you want extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (amounts separate).

- We have an auxiliary bed that can accommodate an additional child. If you are interested, please inform our team (amounts separate for sending the trousseau and additional daily rates).


The studio environment is open concept and accommodates up to 3 people in a queen bed. We have a sofa bed that can accommodate a child (separate prices).

In the same environment we have a kitchen with utensils necessary for the stay, bathroom, closet, Smart TV and water filter. There is a table with 2 chairs for meals and a sofa for guests to enjoy.

We have high-speed WI-FI and air conditioning and electric oil heater for colder days.

The condominium also has a gym, swimming pool, coworking space and laundry.

We do not have a garage, but it is possible to use private parking on the same street (additional fees).


- The guest will have access to the leisure facilities of the condominium: Swimming pool, gym, coworking space and laundry (8 am to 10 pm). You will not be able to use the party room and barbecue.


The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will pass on all the necessary information for the stay, such as a manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required

- Forbidden noise and sound box after 22h. Failure to comply will incur a fine. The value may vary according to the rules of the condominium.

- Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.

- No pets.

- No smoking in the apartment.

- Visits are prohibited.

- The guest will have access to the leisure facilities of the condominium: Swimming pool, gym, coworking space and laundry (8 am to 10 pm). You will not be able to use the party room and barbecue.

- A security deposit of R$1000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.

Excelente apartamento. Edificio nuevo, moderno, buenas instalaciones, seguro, cómodo, barrio tranquilo, restaurantes cerca y con buen ambiente. Totalmente equipado, con unas vistas y puesta de sol espectaculares. Ubicado en uno de los mejores barrios de São Paulo. Destaca su piscina y zona de coworking. Altamente recomendable sin lugar a dudas.

Acomodação aconchegante e exatamente como descrito nas fotos. No check-in tive que aguardar um pouco pois o porteiro não encontrou nossos nomes, mas era um problema do condomínio em si. De toda forma, entrei em contato com a empresa anfitriã e fui atendida rapidamente. Super perto do metrô, dá pra andar super tranquilo pois nos arredores funcionam muitos bares. Apartamento pequeno,como descrito, mas que acomodou 2 pessoas perfeitamente. Sem duvidas m, retornaria

Overall a great place to stay, great location and beautiful building with great amenities. If you are planning to cook, the kitchen is rather small and in my opinion it’s missing some basics such as salt and oil, but the location and how nice the place is makes up for it easily. The host was also very fast to reply once I faced some trouble with the stove.

Apartamento exatamente como no anúncio. Estava super limpo e completo. A rua do prédio tem muitas opções de bares e está bem perto do metrô da Faria Lima.

Apartamento limpo, ao lado de supermercado, bastante seguro. Porém, na rua da frente tem vários bares, por isso, é um lugar bem movimentado e com bastante barulho a noite.

Ótima Localização! Um dos locais de SP que não ficou sem luz ou internet após a chegada do temporal, em consequência do ciclone extratropical. Rua agitada com muitos bares na frente do prédio, mas o isolamento acústico do apartamento é eficiente, e não se ouvem sons externos. Bairro e prédio bem seguros, comércio ao lado do edifício, internet de alta velocidade no apartamento e ainda possui coworking, lavanderia e comodidades. Ótimos livros na estante, cama muito confortável e algumas dicas: precisa segurar o botão por 3seg para ligar o cooktop e o aquecedor do chuveiro só ligou com o funcionamento conjunto do ar condicionado, mas não tive problemas durante a estadia.

Studio bem montado e bem localizado com boa infraestrutura como academia, piscina e coworking, perto do mercado e barzinhos.

Ter que fazer uma caução e não ter garagem no predio.
