Located close to Beco do Batman and the Vila Madalena terminal, it is ideal for those who want to see more of the city while working.


- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete trousseau will be offered per stay. If you want to change the trousseau and towels during your stay, it must be hired separately).

- If you want extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (amounts separate).

- There are no child protection screens in the apartment.


The studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. We have a kitchen with the necessary utensils for a practical stay, Nespresso coffee machine, water filter, bathroom, closet with hangers, table for meals or home office and Smart TV.

We also have a balcony with an armchair to enjoy the external environment.

We also have air conditioning (cold and hot) and high-speed WI-FI.

We will also offer a parking space.


The condominium has a 24-hour reception.

Guests will have free access to the entire condominium, including swimming pool, gym and self-service laundry.


The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will pass on all the necessary information for the stay, such as a manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required

- Forbidden noise and sound box after 22h. Failure to comply will incur a fine. The value may vary according to the rules of the condominium.

Excelente estadia em Sampa.

O apartamento é excelente, bem equipado, confortável, e muito bem localizado.

A prateleira sobre a cama é um detalhe da decoração que fica bonito, é útil, mas é muito baixo e não permite ficarmos sentadas na cama, sempre eu batia a cabeça. Sugiro subir um pouco.
