Our studio has a space of 30m² and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. The condominium has a 24-hour doorman.

We are located between the Fradique Coutinho and Faria Lima subway stations (Line 4 – Yellow) and close to Vila Madalena and Largo da Batata, combining leisure and convenience, with easy access to Avenida Rebouças, Oscar Freire, Consolação and Paulista.


- We provide our guests with bed linen, bath towels and blankets. If you wish to stay longer, we offer regular changes of linen and towels (check prices separately).

- If you do not wish to worry about cleaning and organizing the studio during your stay, we offer cleaning and tidying services (check prices separately).

- For greater convenience, we offer a washer and dryer with a deodorizing function to remove unwanted odors from clothes and fabrics.


Upon arrival, guests will have access to the studio, which has a dining table with chairs, a desk with a chair for home office, a Smart TV and a wardrobe. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, electric coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker with water filter, among others, as well as a washer and dryer with a clothesline.

We also have portable air conditioning, a fan, high-speed Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board and a bathroom with an electric shower and a hair dryer.

We do not have a garage, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).


Guests will have free access to the entire condominium.

The studio is conveniently located between the business centers of Faria Lima and Rebouças. Nearby, you can find a variety of restaurants, bars, bakeries, gyms, hospitals, pharmacies, shops and shopping malls.


We are 700m from the Faria Lima subway (Line 4 - Yellow), making it easy to get around the city. You can also use transportation apps, such as Uber.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.

- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- No visitors.

- ATTENTION: Children and babies are not allowed in the property as the child protection screens are not suitable to guarantee the safety of the property for these groups of people.

- The standard voltage of the studio is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.

- Guests will have free access to the entire condominium.

- The condominium does not have a shared laundry room, but we have a washer and dryer in the studio.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- We do not have a garage, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events. If there are none, there will be no additional charges. The deposit will be returned within 7 days after check-out, upon inspection of the unit.
