It is located in a privileged location just a few steps from the Vila Madalena subway, with easy access to Pão de Açúcar Minuto and an internal gallery with shops and a food court that connects Rua Paulistânia to Vila Madalena station.

- The condominium has an OMO self-service laundry (values ​​separately).

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete trousseau will be offered per stay. If you want to change the trousseau and towels during your stay, it must be hired separately).

- If you want extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (amounts separate).

- No child protection screens.

The studio has an open concept, measures 27m² and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. In the same space, we have a kitchen with the necessary utensils for a practical stay, bathroom, closet, dining table, Smart TV and space for a home office.

A glass door divides the space with the balcony. On site, there is a rest chair in front of a vertical garden.

We also have hot and cold air conditioning and high-speed WI-FI.

We do not provide a garage. However, it is possible to park in a nearby car park, 300m from the site (not open on weekends), in a car park 600m away (open every day of the week, from 6am to 11pm) or on Rua Paulistânia, which is extensive. and possible to park on weekends. Separate prices, directly at the locations.

The guest will have access to the leisure facilities of the condominium such as: swimming pool and gym. You cannot use the barbecue area.
