In the same environment we have a kitchen with utensils for a practical stay with microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. There is also a bathroom, closet, desk for home office and meals and Smart TV.

We also have cold and hot air conditioning, high-speed WI-FI and a balcony overlooking the trees.

The condominium also has a gym, rooftop pool, OMO shared laundry and coworking space.

We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park your car on the street in front of the building.

Guests will have free access to the entire condominium, except for the ballroom.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required

- Forbidden noise and sound box after 22h. Failure to comply will incur a fine. The value may vary according to the rules of the condominium.

- Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.

- No pets.

- No smoking in the apartment.

- Visits are prohibited.

- There are no child protection screens in the apartment.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete trousseau will be offered per stay. If you want to change the trousseau and towels during your stay, it must be hired separately).

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
