The studio has an open concept and can accommodate up to 2 people in a double bed. In the same space, we have a kitchen with the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, water filter, mixer, coffee maker, among others. There is also a bathroom, closet, desk for home office and meals, and a Smart TV.

We also have hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a balcony with a view of the trees.

We do not have a garage, but you can park your car on the street in front of the building or in a nearby parking lot (fees apply).

Guests will have free access to the entire condominium, which features a gym, rooftop pool, OMO shared laundry and coworking space.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required

- Forbidden noise and sound box after 22h. Failure to comply will incur a fine. The value may vary according to the rules of the condominium.

- Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.

- No pets.

- No smoking in the apartment.

- Visits are prohibited.

- The guest will have access to the leisure facilities of the condominium such as: swimming pool and gym. You will not be able to use the ballroom.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete trousseau will be offered per stay. If you want to change the trousseau and towels during your stay, it must be hired separately).

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
