Located in a family condominium in the Enseada neighborhood in Guarujá, our apartment comfortably accommodates up to 5 people.

It is in a strategic location just a few blocks from Enseada beach with several amenities in the surroundings, in addition to having a complete leisure area in the condominium with swimming pool, gym, games and video game room and playground.

- The condominium does not offer beach service. We have 3 beach chairs, 2 coolers, 1 beach umbrella and 2 surfboards available in the apartment.

The apartment has 74m² and is very well decorated, airy and accommodates up to 5 people in 2 bedrooms, including: 1 suite with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed and 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom in the hallway. All rooms have air conditioning.

The living room is spacious and has a sofa, Smart TV and fan. We also have a gourmet area with barbecue, dining table and pool view, in addition to blinds on the windows.

The apartment has a full kitchen with a dining table and the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as: stove, refrigerator, microwave, glasses, plates, cutlery, sandwich maker, coffee maker, kettle, among others.

Next to the kitchen, we have a service area with several items available for guests to use, including a tank and beach items.

We have high speed WIFI.

The guest will have access to the entire condominium, such as: swimming pool, gym, games room with Playstation 4, shared self-service laundry, grocery store, sauna, sports court and children's playground.
