Farmstead with garden and pool on top of mountains

Our house accommodates up to 10 people and is located at the top of the São Roque mountain range and has decor that mixes modernity and antiquity.

We also have a large garden and a swimming pool to relax on sunny days. We are approximately 1 hour by car from São Paulo.

- The house is located in a rural area, where transport apps like Uber do not reach. It is necessary to hire a separate driver in advance or use your own car, following the arrival instructions.

- We do not have a TV as we prioritize interaction between guests during their stay.

- We provide bed linen (sheets, pillows, pillowcases and blankets) but we recommend that guests take more to avoid shortages. You will also need to bring bath towels, which we do not provide.

- We allow 1 small or medium-sized pet per stay, upon request.

Upon arrival, guests will have access to the lawn and pool. In the house, we have a living room with sofas and armchairs and a dining room with a table and chairs for meals. The kitchen is open concept and has the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop, hood, water filter, oven, among others. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor, including: a suite with a king bed and an auxiliary single bed, a bedroom with four single beds and a bedroom with a king bed and an auxiliary single bed, all with a balcony.

We also have high-speed WI-FI and air conditioning in the suite.

We provide 10 uncovered parking spaces.

Guests will have access to the entire area of ​​the house.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

The Alto da Serra region has some shops that are easily accessible through the house. We are 8km from the Mailasqui district and the Vargem Grande Paulista municipality, where you can find restaurants, bars, bakeries, markets and other conveniences that the regions can provide. At 15km, we can reach the center of São Roque, where we can find the wine route, ski slope among others.
