Our apartment measures 150m², featuring 4 suites and a single bedroom with an additional mattress that accommodate up to 8 people, all with air conditioning and Smart TV.

The living and dining room are combined and have sofas, puffs, Smart TV and an eight-seater dining table. The kitchen is spacious and has all the utensils and appliances necessary for your stay: stove, refrigerator, microwave and filter. In addition, we have a service area with laundry facilities.

The highlight of the property is the large balcony that has a gourmet space with barbecue, table for 6 seats, and views of Asturias beach. Being a very pleasant place to enjoy good times after the beach.

We have 240 mega internet for those who want to do a home office on the beach and a parking space for 2 cars.


The condominium offers beach service, two parking spaces, in addition to a privileged location, which allows our guests to do everything on foot, leaving the car in the garage.
