Our 750m² house is located in the closed condominium Sobre o Mar and accommodates up to 16 people in 6 suites. We have a gourmet area, a swimming pool with sea views and lots of green space, ideal for spending peaceful days with the family.

Furthermore, we are very close to Vila, the center of Ilhabela, and Indaiá Beach

- For the operation of the property, it is necessary to hire a day laborer to help and maintain the house during the stay.

- For your security, the house has a video surveillance camera system in the external common areas, alarms, motorized patrol and 24-hour concierge.

- We allow small pets, upon request.

- Access to the house is via a few steps of stairs, therefore, it is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

When arriving at the house through the garage, you need to climb a few flights of stairs. After climbing, guests will reach the outdoor area of ​​the house, which has: lounge with sofas, TV room with fireplace, gourmet area with upright freezer, pizza oven, industrial stove and barbecue, dining room, as well as a complete kitchen with all the necessary utensils for the stay.

Going down some stairs, you can access a deck with a pool built around natural stone. The space has sun loungers and a wet sauna with shower. It has a beautiful view of the Ilhabela channel.

We have 4 master suites with double beds and a balcony overlooking the ocean. Two of them have a private bath and all have air conditioning. We also have 2 other "family" suites at the back of the house that accommodate 4 guests in each.

We provide parking space for up to 8 cars.

The guest will have access to the entire area of ​​the house. The access street to the condominium is steep, therefore the use of vehicles is necessary.

The Sobre o Mar condominium, where our property is located, is familiar and quiet, being ideal for those looking for days of tranquility and rest.

We stay close to the village, turning right on the street of Restaurante Manjericão. The closest beach is Praia do Indaiá, which is great to enjoy with the family, as it has calm waters and is close to several shops, restaurants and leisure options.

Due to our privileged location, close to several beaches with excellent infrastructure and close to the village, it is possible to do many things on foot. It is also possible to get around the island using a vehicle.
