Our open-concept studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed and has a kitchen with the necessary utensils for your stay, bathroom, closet, desk for home office and Smart TV. A balcony with a glass door separates the spaces.

We also have air conditioning, an oil-fired electric heater and high-speed Wi-Fi.

For a more cozy environment, we have blackout curtains dividing the bedroom from the balcony.

The condominium also has a gym and swimming pool on the roof, as well as a shared OMO laundry room (charges apply).

We do not have a garage, but you can park your car on the street in front of the building or in a nearby parking lot.


Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, gym and market. You will not be able to use the party room.
