Located in Vila Mariana, our 27m² studio offers practicality and comfort in a building with a 24-hour in person reception that has a complete leisure infrastructure.

Strategically close to Ibirapuera Park and the Praça da Árvore subway, it is ideal for those who want to explore the city while maintaining a work routine. With easy access to cultural and entertainment options, the studio combines comfort with practicality.

- We have an auxiliary bed that can accommodate an additional child. If you are interested, please let our team know (separate costs for sending linen and additional daily rates).

- There are no child protection screens.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

The studio comfortably accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to a kitchen equipped with all the utensils necessary for a practical stay, such as a cooktop, refrigerator, water filter, microwave, sandwich maker, among others. We also have a home office space with a table, chair and Smart TV, as well as a bathroom with a gas shower.

To ensure comfort in all seasons, the apartment has hot and cold air conditioning, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park on the street in front of the building or in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure area facilities such as: swimming pool, gym, gourmet area and coworking space. You will not be able to use the party room.
