Our large house accommodates up to 10 people in 4 suites and 1 bedroom, has a private pool and is ideal for those looking for comfort and convenience.

Located in the center of Ilhéus, just one block from Praia da Avenida.

- We provide bed linen. We do not provide bath and beach towels.

- The value of energy is not included in the stay. It is charged separately, and at the time of check-in a photo is taken and a note of the value of the clock reading is also carried out at check-out.

Our property is prepared to receive groups of up to 10 people. In total there are five bedrooms, four suites with double beds and a double bedroom with bathroom opposite. All rooms have air conditioning.

The house has an air-conditioned living room and TV room. The kitchen is complete with all the necessary utensils for your stay.

On the upper floor, we have a gourmet area with a barbecue and an outdoor area with a private pool and shower.

We provide WI-FI if you want to do home office on the beach. We have three parking spaces, 1 large car and 2 medium cars.

- Guests will have access to the 1st floor of the property (bedrooms and kitchen) and the 2nd floor (living room and TV, barbecue and swimming pool). Entrance to the ground floor (bar and extra rooms) will not be allowed.

- The property has stairs, so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will pass on all the necessary information for the stay, such as a manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

Praia da Avenida is quiet and close to bars, kiosks, restaurants, supermarkets and a theater. Among the main attractions spread along the waterfront, we can highlight the acoustic shell, the convention center and the multi-sports courts.

It is worth remembering that we are just two blocks from the famous bar and restaurant Vesúvio, which became known for the novel “Gabriela, Cravo e Canela”.
