Located in a condominium with leisure infrastructure, our studio is ideal for those looking for comfort in a 33m² space, as well as for those who want to get to know the city while working.

It is located in a privileged location just a few steps from the Vila Madalena subway, which is home to one of the most upscale regions of São Paulo, with several conveniences and attractions such as Beco do Batman.

- The condominium has a shared OMO self-service laundry (prices separately).

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- The balcony is closed by glass windows and guardrails, ensuring greater security.

- There is work on another building opposite the building that may take place on weekdays. As it is in its final stages and the studio has a glass enclosure, the work does not cause much noise inside the property.

The studio accommodates up to 3 people in a double bed and a sofa bed. In the same space, we have a kitchen with the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop, hood, electric oven, microwave, water filter, among others, as well as a dining table with chairs. The balcony is integrated into the studio, and has a table with chairs for a home office.

We also have hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed WI-FI, stools, bathroom with electric shower, closets and Smart TV.

We do not provide a parking space. However, it is possible to park on a street close to the building or in a nearby parking lot.

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool and gym. You cannot use the barbecue area.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.
