Located close to Allianz Parque, our 32m² apartment offers practicality and space in a condominium with a leisure area with gym, coworking space, garden and 24-hour in person concierge.

We accommodate up to 2 people and the space is equipped for those who want to discover more of the city, without losing the comfort of home. We are also close to cultural options, restaurants, pharmacies and Shopping Bourbon and Água Branca Park.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (booking in advance is required).

Our apartment comfortably accommodates up to 2 people in a bedroom with a double bed. We have 2 Smart TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. We also offer a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, among others.

We also have a home office desk and a balcony with a bench to enjoy the outdoor area. The rooms have blackout curtains for greater comfort during your stay.

The apartment also has air conditioning and an electric oil heater, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi.

We do not have parking spaces, but you can park on the street in front of the building or in a nearby parking lot.

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure area facilities such as: gym, coworking space and garden. You will not be able to use the swimming pool.
