Located on Praia das Asturias in Guarujá, our 215m² triplex apartment accommodates up to 6 people and is located in the Solaris Building, being ideal for those looking for comfort and leisure in Guarujá.

Our property faces Asturias Beach, in addition to having several bars, restaurants, markets and pharmacies around the region.


- We do not provide bed and bath linen.

- There are no child protection fabrics on the windows.

- By condominium regulations, a maximum of 6 non-mobile people are allowed.

- The apartment has some stairs, so care must be taken with the elderly, children or people with reduced mobility.


Practically standing on the sand, we face Asturias beach and are able to accommodate family groups with maximum comfort.

On the entrance floor we have a living room with sofas and television, a dining room, a complete kitchen equipped with all the utensils necessary for the stay, as well as a guest toilet, a service bathroom, a suite and the balcony that surrounds the entire apartment. On the second floor, we have three more bedrooms, one suite and two double bedrooms – all with a double bed each.

The entire property has air conditioning, including bedrooms and living room.

On the third floor, we have an infrastructure with a private pool, solarium and barbecue area.

The condominium also offers an elevator, 24-hour reception and two covered parking spaces.


The condominium does not allow the use of the common leisure area (swimming pool, sauna, barbecue), however, it does provide an ice machine.


The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.


Asturias is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Guarujá, with an extensive beach and calm sea with clear waters. Recently the beachfront was revitalized and now has a promenade with a running and bicycle track. It is no longer allowed to park cars in front of the beach, which makes it more reserved and suitable for enjoying the best moments with the family.


The apartment faces Asturias Beach, making it very easy to locate and access the beach, tourist attractions and shops in the region.

It is also possible to use transport apps, such as Uber.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).

- No noise and loudspeakers after 10pm. Non-compliance will result in a fine. The value may vary according to condominium rules.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- Pets prohibited.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.

- Visits are not permitted.

- The apartment has some stairs, so care must be taken with the elderly, children or people with reduced mobility.

- We have 2 parking spaces available.

- We do not provide bed linen and towels.

- A security deposit of R$2,000.00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events. If there are none, there will be no extra charges.

O triplex é equipado com todos os produtos essenciais, o que facilitou muito a nossa estada. Limpo e organizado, com toalhas de banho e lençóis, sabonetes e produtos de limpeza. As camas são super confortáveis. A cozinha tem tudo o que você precisa, assim como a área da churrasqueira. Ar condicionado nos quartos e sala. Passamos dias muito agradáveis no apto.
